WHEN ASKING FOR A PARTS PRICE QUOTE, PLEASE REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

Please include the complete model & serial number. All the numbers and letters. Please send us all the information you have. Many times we don't even get a model number when people are looking for parts. We need ALL THE NUMBERS IN ORDER TO LOOK UP YOUR PARTS!!! Just remember, nothing is standard. We don't guess when we look up your parts.  

Include a description of the parts needed.

Carburetor parts.  With most chainsaws & trimmers, we will need to know the type of carburetor. Please send that information with your request. We need all the letters &  numbers off of the carburetor.

Once you have e mailed us , we will get back to you with a price quote usually within 24 hours. Phone requests after 12 noon may not be returned until the next day. Email works better!!! No playing phone tag

Please include the original price quote with your email  or mail order. Also include your complete address, zip code and  phone number .We need you zip code to calculate shipping costs. If you call your order in , have the date of your email ready. This helps us find your email & process your order faster.

EFFECTIVE 5/20/2009 WE WILL NO LONGER EXCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS AS PAYMENT. TOO MANY PROBLEMS WITH CHECKS.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS: You can send your credit card information via email in 2 separate emails. The first 8 digits of your credit card  in the first email and the last 8 digits & expiration date in the second email. Starting in January 15,2013, we will need your 3 digit number on the back of your credit cards. Make sure you include your shipping address. We will need your billing address for your credit card ,if it is different than your shipping address.  We have a new credit card process that requires us the ask for the street address. This helps cut down on credit card fraud & reduces our credit card costs.  

Effective 4/01/2016 NEW  SHIPPING RATES : ALL ORDERS WILL HAVE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION NOW. We will ship most small items, via 1st Class Mail : $ 5.95 S&H minimum with delivery confirmation .These small parts must fit in the small shipping envelopes or boxes and under $ 20.00 in value. All 1st class parts orders over $ 20.00 ,weigh under 13 oz. and  fit in the small shipping envelopes or small box  will be $ 6.95 S&H with delivery confirmation. Small flat rate priority mail $ 8.95 S&H with delivery confirmation . If it fits ,it will ship in this box( UP TO 4 POUNDS). All other shipping is based on your zip code & weight..  We will try to ship packages the most economical way as possible.   Orders over $ 100.00 will have insurance added or on request. Hopefully this will make sure that the packages get to there destination, without disappearing in route .High value , heavy packages & large packages will be shipped UPS.  All APO, FPO, HAWAII, ALASKA & US POSSESSIONS  will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  Most of the orders we ship out of here are under 2 pounds.

SHIPPING SYNOPSIS:  MINIMUM 1ST CLASS  $ 5.95 S&H with delivery confirmation and under $20.00 in value,.

 $  6.95  1ST CLASS S&H ON ORDERS OVER $ 20.00 AND WEIGH UNDER 13 OZ .WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.

SMALL FLAT RATE PRIORITY MAIL BOX $8.95 WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & UP TO 4 POUNDS. IF IT FIT IN THIS, IT SHIPS.

Delivery confirmation is included with the 1st class mail , Priority Mail & Parcel Post rate.

All domestic orders will be assessed a $ 3.00 handling charge + the freight cost. The handling charge helps us to recover some of our cost on shipping materials.

All foreign orders, $ 10.00 handling charge + the freight cost. This is due to additional customs forms needed & a trip to the post office. This does not effect APO, FPO or US possessions.  

There are no parts returns on any SPECIAL ORDERED PARTS  (parts that we do not stock). There is a 25% restocking charge on stocked parts. You must have a prior return authorization before sending any parts back. No returns on any electrical parts or parts that have been installed. Freight and handling charges will not be reimbursed.

There are no returns on any new engines or power equipment. All sales are final. 

Price quotes are good for only 30 days. Freight and parts costs are subject to change with out prior notice to us.
